I purchased a keychain from Wheaton which I had delivered to my parents home. My parents are old and still wait by the door for all deliveries so they don’t miss anything. I never received my order from Wheaton and I have attempted to contact them 5 times now about this order without one reply. What’s odd is the keychain I purchased shows as “Sold Out” so I don’t know if they sent a package or if they charged me for something they didn’t have in stock without realizing and don’t know how to rectify the situation. Either way, save your money and look for other options. As angry as I am, I might find a way to compete with them and put them out of business. This is unprofessional, irresponsible and lack of respect for the customer that makes their brand - in this case, they are ruining their brand.
